SB, in your view, given there's little room for discount to SI's and intros, is it reasonable to assume that Tony's primary challenge between now and then is to boosts the SP. The possibility of added local interest at that level in the short-medium term may be a percurser to some form of funding initiative along these lines me thinks. All very encouraging.
