The directors have an obligation to ensure the business has sufficient cash to continue as a going concern. They would be discussing a capital raising right now.

I think we will see this trade lower before we see it higher.

I think there is no rush to buy PNO as we will need 3 to 6 months to see the top line numbers we need to see. In the mean time a raising will need to be at .4c, so I think we will see some people selling out in expectation of this.
