    The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Finance Public Investment Fund paid for Saudi Arabia's phosphate railway. Has the Northern Territory Govt. offered to pay for the railway from Wonarah to Tennant Creek? Probably not. But Drummond is making out Wonarah is favourable to development because the railway line will be shorter. A used-car salesman type comparison?
