The point I have been making is that the Chinese after getting involved and permission to do thing's,do it their way.
Look at Belinga,Nigeria etc.
They fund and build Hospitals,Sports Stadiums,Schools,Airports,Dams,Hydroelectric schemes,Telecommunications and Government Buildings.
They then think they own the country and do it their way.
