class action useful for us?

    I have the impression KZL hasn't disclosed enough on what was really going on.

    I dislike the USA style class actions but in this case I would participate. Especially if we could reverse the decision to put the assets in the hands of -what seems to be- liquidators.

    We can't even have access to the creditors documents so we don't even know what they are doing:

    Can we reverse the decision?

    It still stupefy me that as holders we don't have any right to decide if the company goes into admin or liquidation. That no EGM is called for such an important decision.
