Clive wants to be the captain. Tony is going to have some sleepless nights until Clive pre-selection battle is known.
If Clive replaces Tony as the Opposition leader, this will be worth quite a few percentage points for Labor. Yes, I know Clive is not in parliament yet, but he can well do a "Newman" leading the federal opposition from outside the parliament.
