If we assume RMS willhave $11 million after tax profit this year, a pe ratio of 12 would give rms a share price of 33 cents.
RMS share price fell 4.3% last night in world markets
I would expect an opening price today of around 73 cents.
The share price could fall to 60 to 65 cents. I find that quite amazing considering they were $1.65 8 months ago.
