These are capital costs, not cash costs and are one-offs.
The road as I understand was the result of a Council decision not mining decision.
yes, there will always be some surprise or other like this, but this is a big one and you can't expect this every year.
By the way...I am STILL WAITING WAITING WAITING FOREVER on hoping my NKPO ever get respected for the complete balls-up on the NKP trading halt. How long have I waited now??? I fully expected to get totally ripped off when it gets resolved. If ever.
