re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report and Appe... Well good to see they addressed the $1.2m loan/repayment...to some extent. The balancing act wasn't perfect & a little back to front - but at least addressed.

Now just need to know the who's and why's surrounding the 12,762,283 share issue announced 2nd April and the difference in entitlement proceed amounts ie $3.1mill raised but only $2.78 accounted for. These are fundamental disclosure and accounting related matters.
