"We are not talking about any other small cap we are talking ccc."

So you want to compare CCC with what? BHP? RIO? Peabody? You want to condemn CCC via use of comparisons, but we can't compare them with their publicly listed market peers? Que?

This is the end of the market we are invested in here (unless you're a trader), with all the risks that involves. I'm amazed that people want to apply a completely different set of standards to CCC to other small cap companies available to invest on the ASX. Have a read of HC and you will see that almost all ASX listed coal companies are trading around 52w lows. Look at COK, MTE, UNV, AFR, ZYL, NMR, BND, MOZ, HDG, JAT, AKM ... Most other small cap coal companies are years away from producing, without cashflows, without offtake partners, without project financing, without access to infrastructure or rail/port allocations - this is why I have chosen to invest in CCC - it has runs on the board as a profitable producer, capable getting mines into production quickly, with experienced/reputable mine managers, with access to established infrastructure, and with funding in place.

Your house sale analogy is way off-base: we are talking about LT JV partners who have ongoing project funding commitments, with a community dividend strategy, and stringent DD requirements from their parent company AngloAmerican/Kumba - not residential home buyers!
