Thanks Tombu, it is hard to understand the apathy I for one voted 150K NO.
OK, no dispute these guys don't seem to be working up much of a sweat for their salary re last quarterly. Cash in hand now 3.825 million, which means 1.14 million expended in the March quarter for a cut and paste of the December Quarterly. You would think that just out of self interest that they would be doing more.
Crabb has 23 million shares, the rest of the directors have 4.5 shares plus 15 million options,that is a fair loss to their retirement fund when SP has gone from $1 to 10 cent in the last year.
Am I missing something, I cannot see their gain by sitting on their hands and seemingly not doing anything, they are losing just as much as we are.
If they do have a master plan I would really appreciate hearing it. If Mr Lofthouse just trots out the same spiel at the RIU conference with no forward plan or vision, I think I am out before any CR takes place.
Has anyone got any insight into their reasoning,to encourage a very frustrated holder.
