Sorry mate but there is no big shareholder with 60%, 50% or even 20% of the shares in this company. The 60% you refer to is the Nat Noms account which is simply a holding account for the shares that represent all of the ADRs which are of course our US holders. You will see much conversation about if the ADRs holders will get a chance to vote in previous days chatter herein.

The fact is that the vast majority of SSN is owned by little guys like us, not big instos like in many companies. Our votes only count if we lodge them. If the majority of the SSN holders, irrespective of the size of their holding actually vote, then the outcome will be decided in a relatively fair manner. If small holders think their vote won't count for much and therefore don't bother voting then their vote won't count because the company will never recieve it.

It doesn't hurt to vote so do what Nike says, Just Do It !
