No no thats a fair call haha, perhaps got a tad excited, I got another email from Hamish the other day, wasn't exactly sure what to take from it. I asked him what the process was after the climate change decision.

Thanks again. In answer to your question, assuming that the decision is in our favour, which we certainly expect, and once if any appeal of the decision is resolved, then the appeal would be withdrawn from the Env Court, leaving only the RF&B appeal. We should know the decision and see if there is an appeal within the next 6 weeks

Now I guess the wait until the courts set a date for the rest of the appeals.
This bodes well for the rest of the process anyway.
