As I said originally I will vote yes for the options and probably vote yes for the LTIP.

I consider the option exercise price at 50% above current sp to be fair. Forget where we have been as that's all history. However I understand It can leave those who have averaged in around 15c not feeling too good. But remember the directors make no money exercising at .15c and even at .20c on 3mil options they only make 150K so the incentive I believe is there.

The LTIP I don't understand fully but my yes vote would be based on nothing more than expecting the management to continue to do the right thing by shareholders as they have done for the last couple of years. However It would have been good if the company could have provided more clarity on the LTIP which I have asked for but not yet received so I may have to email TB again on this one.

As OMR said, lets hope we can soon bring the discussion back to oil and how much more we will soon be selling.
