Doogs - looks like that one is on shore but certainly within the massive East Coast Africa region that is rapidly proving to be an extremely oil & gas rich patch of the world!
Remember, WHL Energy are sniffing around for more oil & gas acreage in East Africa right now. With each new discovery in the immediate area - success and a bright future looks ever more likely for WHL and must continue to increase the value of existing acreage!
To me, the discovery mentioned just confirms and consolidates that WHL's strategic thinking, planning and technical/corporate expertise is very sound - they know what they are going for and I recon they'll get it!
