Duckfield please put me on ignore if you feel my contributions on this forum were not of merit.I make no apologies for my own capital protection plans,anyone who trades without a plan for the downside needs to reconsider their trading/investing style.Neither do I apologise for my honesty.It would have been easier to not post or to say that I hadn't sold any but that would have been dishonest.
