I have contacted JB on previous issues and he did reply back in short time frame with an email put together from his assistant or secretary. Thats my predication. JB would receive huge amounts of email from us shareholders. So when one comes through it would be viewed by the secretary who would then relate the email to a particular area that is relevant. Then copy and paste on to the reply email the explanation that JB would have already had in place for these types of emails.
Perhaps l'm being a little cynical here but l cannot understand how JB would be able to reply back personally to all the emails coming through to him. I think he may have way to much to do. Yes he may reply back to some personally but that would be to those he knows quite well.
