A couple of things going against the company IMHO. Firstly, the spot price of coking coal has dropped considerably since last year (and there is fear of a Chinese slow-down), and secondly the company still needs to navigate a hazardous Environmental Court hearing (where at the very least concessions to production levels may need to be made).
