i think we have had a "mining boom" in recent years but very few producers come out of speccies
there have been obvious successes, such as AGO, PRU, etc, but many mineral speccies have just resulted in large losses for investors
i think there is disillusionment about mining speccies, which is even dragging down those with world class mineral deposits
