I've been having a couple of issues with Tradeguider recently that could have been sorted out pretty easily however the after sales service I have been getting from them has been very poor. This includes emails not being answered and when I have pressed the issue (getting access to everything I have purchased in an offer)I had a very short blunt email that didn't resolve the issue.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences?
Previous to this I had a very good opinion of Gavin and the team. I have sent him an email outlining my customer experience as I was sure he would want to sort the problem out, but I have had no reply after three days.
