I understand the arguement you are putting forward. However I would like to say that,

We've already had this bullshit inquiry before.. Remember the IAEA Inquiry with all the so called experts... We all thought that was the end of it.

Your Caveat (unless the gov changes the rules of course), well I think we have seen plenty of that going on.. How many times are they going to change their minds or want something else at the vinegar stroke?

This project has been successfully delayed a year because of some issue be it a court challenge, or govt intervention.

Clearly the Malay Govt thinks this is way to difficult and they are trying to find someone to dump the final responsiblity onto be it to halt the project or let it proceed.

Yes I agree with Niqo, June is not very soon.
