Maybe they can convince KORES that it is a good idea to up the capacity and capabilities of the separation plant planned for South Africa to take Ngualla ore as well as Zandskopsdrift.
The arguments for a JV (at least in refining) are pretty strong, IMO. Due to infrastructure, the proposed site at Saldanha Bay is probably one of the best in southern Africa. An expanded operation would make South Africa an REE powerhouse.
If KORES liked Zandskopsfdrift, then surely they will love Ngualla.
