What gets me is the chorus about these "large shareholders getting together" mentioned on the PRH threads

Go and read the last annual report, and you'll see the vast majority of shareholders only hold a couple thousand bucks worth. Apart from JML/IGO there is hardly anything substantial. At most you've got a few 1% or so holders who obviously have little to zero influence on the company (based on past meeting resolutions) If any of these holders had some serious clout, PRH would not be in the precarious predicament it finds itself in today
