    And that's it. The simple fact of the matter is "MNM directors are happy to take shares in their own company as part payment for their energies". The people who do work for MNM also choose to accept MNM shares instead of a cheque for payment. People just don't do this if there isn't going to be a big payoff in the future.

    Think about it. If you were a director of a company and you know what's going on and what's going to happen in the future(they no more than us obviously) and it's going to be one all mighty cash cow then you would accept shares for payment now and buy more and more shares on the market. Wouldn't you? But if you knew nothing was going to happen in the future with your company, there was no hope then you would want a sky high salary and no shares for your payment.

    It's a no brainer what's going to happen. MNM will be your cash cow.
