Director's remuneration is not linked to either short term or long term incentives

That's a cuckoo statement if i ever heard one and utter hogwash and I personally would not take a scrap of notice of that silly statement.


He who pays the piper calls the tune
The shareholders are paying the piper so the shareholders should call the tune.
So give TB his just desserts but perhaps change 15c to 23c.
Come on TB you can do it!
