norfolk a takeover target

I came across the attached interview on Switzer earlier in the week, where Peter Switzer interviews Geoff Wilson on what stocks/companies Wilson Asset Management are looking to in this current market. Geoff refers to Norfolk in this interview as a takeover target. It is very rare to see any commentary on Norfolk in the TV media, and this interview sheds some more light on who has been buying up shares in the Norfolk Group this year.

Personally I place a lot of weight on Geoff Wilson's opinion/views as he has the track record to back up what he say's, however that is just my firm opinion and will leave you to judge the interview for yourself. Also keep in mind that these guys go out and meet with the companies that they invest in which I feel adds considerable weight to their investment decisions and opinions.

Norfolk is currently in a black out period before reporting on 24th May so any new information is very difficult to come buy and I think this interview/info probably adds a lot of weight to the value of investing in Norfolk.

The 3 compelling attributes that are now linning up for Norfolk are;
1. Strong Fundamentals as I have previously posted
2. Charts are now showing a positive breakout (I am not a chartist -just my personal observation)
3. Takeover Target talk in the media - both Fin review and now on TV interviews.
I have followed and researched this company for quite sometime now, and I have seen a step change in the attention this company is now receiving, which leads me to believe Norfolk is in a very strong and interesting position.

I will finish this post with a sentence from a recent report by Maui Capital to its Investors in their "Indigo Fund" which owns the 20% share holding in Norfolk.
"Norfolk's pipeline is bigger than ever before and new and interesting opportunities are being presented to this company."
