    If the stock price is going down without having any significant shorting is that better than a stock price going down on heavy shorting,

    just trying to distinguish. If a stock has heavy shorts on, if you identify this easing up then i presume its buy time...

    But if a stock is going down with no shorts, then its simply people taking profits?
