    beamm you can't know this for sure. They said they didn't want to... but they didn't exclude it.

    Also it depends what they meant by "non-dilution".

    Did they mean a percentage or a value dilution? Or both?

    If someone brings 10m and receive shares representing the value he brought you suffer no "value dilution" but only a percentage dilution.
