Hi pbro,
I am interested to know, is it your plan to sell those shares and convert back to property in the longer term, if so what will be your flare? A property drop of 5,10,20% or are you waiting for the 40-60% crash?
Just like to know what normal people think, not so much the extremist point of view (though it could happen, I will worry about it when it's closer)
