SH has HMC tied up. 41% is effectively control (due to all the investors who don't vote at meetings).
It will be interesting to see what he does. I take it he will not be trying to go to 100% control. Wonder how Dr J will act as a minority shareholder?
Would it be worth investing after the dust settles?
