    I guess this anouncement puts a $1 floor under the share price. Good news on an otherwise bleak morning on the market.
    Do people feel this is a good enough premium to the closing price on Friday?
    How attractive this offer is depends a little on average buy in price.
    Personally, I feel this is a little bit low, and is targeted at those people who feel the Whitehaven takeover is inevitable. Does anyone see another party coming in to complicate things and bring about bidding war?
