Message:
We refer to the announcement released by BLIS Technologies Limited ("BLT") on
Monday, 23 April 2012, and the Memo released by NZX on Tuesday, 24 April
2012.
Conversion and Final Interest Payment
NZXMS have been advised by BLT that the conversion of BLTPA to BLT ordinary
shares, and the issue of BLT ordinary shares in lieu of the final interest
payment will occur on Wednesday, 9 May 2012.
BLT will announce the conversion ratio to NZX markets and the number of BLT
shares to be issued, pursuant to the conversion ratio on Wednesday, 9 May
2012.
NZX will update the number of BLT shares in our systems, overnight on
Wednesday, 9 May 2012.
