As for the rest of it, if, as you wrote, Frank does have one way or another, shall we say, the ear of the voting rights of 6% of the company then... we may find that we do indeed live in interesting times. Doubtless all will soon be revealed.

Which may or may not do something for the languishing SP, although what it really needs to set it in the right direction is an actual project where somebody is digging up stuff, of one sort or another. They have plenty of selections.
