I agree. I'd be betting that Sprott is still selling down their 54 million holding (6.4%) of Norton (as at 3/5/12) at a discount to Zigin's indicative offer.
However the question remains, why are they selling at a discount now when they could wait a few months and sell to Zijin for 27 cents?
And importantly (for Norton shareholders), who is buying the bulk of the shares?
Interesting times.
