I think the problem is that the longer it goes without a significant contract from a major player the less attractive it looks. To have had the 50 or so companies looking at technology for over a year and a half now and still no major signings. Some may be exiting to try there luck elsewhere. some may have had a trimeframe that they would holding for and time is up.
May even be a cap raising on the horizon...who knows.
Bottom line is they need more pen to paper.
