Not wanting to rain on the parade but I am not sure I would believe anything Hartley's had to say about FML. The April 2011 fundraise was done by them for which they no doubt pocketed some kind of fee.
From announcment 6 April 2011:
"The company’s Corporate Advisor, Hartleys Limited, is Broker to the Offer for both the Placement and the SPP."
