The funny thing about charts is; it's the fundamentals that drive the charts (with some manipulation as well of course!).
After all, what makes a chart turn back up?
Buyers that like the stock of course, regardless of the fact that the chart shows downward momentum.
The chart can not turn back up unless the buyers overwhelm the sellers. They do this while the chart is still showing a decline.
It's the buyers that don't care about the charts direction that actually turn the chart.
Like I mentioned the other day, if we all waited for a chart to turn back up before buying, every stock would go to zero.
