Zekane - fair comment and I have sold over the years. That does not presuppose others are wrong who did not as they only know their dynamics and risk profile. I might add that it meant I did not sell at the top when I commenced offloading but have no regrets as sometimes my tenants bought and made some too.Did do well with others however and PPOR is paid and in a mix of assets that may do well or not but cash will be fatal in inflationary times as opposed to hard assets. Having said that time will only tell what lies ahead however my opinion is gradual diminishing of value through inflation in selected markets over a few years. If there is another rapid rise we are looking for trouble.
