jordan568out,
I am beyond scared anymore. I have been in Lynas about
18 months now. It has been extremely stressful. I decided
after a few trades that holding would be best for me. Well
neither strategy has got me far. I am almost 50% down after
averaging down numerous times, and hold far more shares
than I ever imagined I would.
I still have hope that the TOL is issued and that the
real journey begins. I feel a bit better when I look at
my other stocks and see that they have dropped as well.
Bittersweet at best.
At the end of the day the choice comes down to a guess.
Will Lynas ever produce or will it be stopped ? Very few
posts seem to support the idea of the LAMP never being
issued their TOL. If you weigh all the facts pro and con
it seems inconcievable that the story will just end.
I have decided that for me the story is just too good and
will hold on. Anytime I've tried to diversify and buy
other stocks I have dug myself a bigger hole. The whole
market is currently suffering from global problems that
are compounded by brutal manipulators using new tools
that outsmart the average trader. I am sticking to Lynas
because if it succeeds the competion seem to be be a few
lapse behind.
The TOL will guarantee at least a double this year. More
delays will bring SP down further. TOL refusal will mean
very long delays, legal actions and a halving of the
current SP. Oh...well I say. The upside seems far more
likely and could secure me a very comfortable retirement.
The downside means loosing a bit more of what is left.
There is no crystal ball, just some facts and lots of
opinions. You just have to decide how much you are willing
to risk to realize a possible gain. We are all different
in this respect.
One thing to remember that is mentioned, but not often
enough, is that the real delay is minimal. The plant is
just completing construction now. Even with modifications
that were imposed, and I assume were necessary, production
could not have started till now. A few more weeks is not
too much to bear. TOL will be approved...too many signs
to suggest not.
Good luck to all of us, especially those who bought high.
Hopefully we won't need it !
