One thing i liked about the announcement was the exsperiance dalton has had in drilling.i have worked in the open cut mining industry as a diesel mechanic for the past 10 years and have found most people in management might have all the qualifications in the world but do not have the hands on exsperiance wich is a major fault in big business these days.dalton to me seems to be one person that can help ctp to the right direction.
