Last time my post was a little bit short.
I work for a very successfull company in germany.
Some years ago the company was nearly stuck because ot its debt and
The banks owned the company.
Then the son comes as ceo and decided no debt. The other things he decided were 15 percent net earnings and 15 percent growth a year.
Now back to fml. Our management statet only vague statements like aggressivley growing and so on.
The management does not buy shares but they decide how the money of the shareholders will be lost.
Why dont we, the shareholders, who own the company make rules how we want the management to proceed?
We need earnings. When we dont earn 5 percent net then the earnings of managenment is cut by half,
If we earn 15 percent net then the management gets a good bonus.
The other component is growth.
But no growth without earnings.
Please think about this at the next shareholder meeting.
