Yes it is interesting - when I looked at VLA last time it was in an up phase - I must say I am disappointed that it has since then turned around and at best its flat from when they left.
I drew a conclusion and it was correct at the time - However it proves your point that fundamentals take over after the exit and its not one way traffic.
