There is a presentation on their website also which is pretty comprehensive and acts i would imagine as the selling tool for wakabayashi.

As our "agent" so to say, they most likely will recieve some form of kickback if successful. maybe even act us underwriters? one can only speculate hey... either way good to see we are spreading the tentacles in search for some big fish.
