    Agreed, but trying to be realistic. Who is realistically going to pay >$1.00 when shares are at 39c? Only way that would happen is if share price reverts to a more realistic level $1.00 - $1.50 which is not an unreasonable number given it was $1.00 just over a year ago and the project has been massively de-risked since with various approvals et. al.
