We can say what we want, but in RES recent history, cap raisings have been BELOW market price! He would need to pull his finger out to do a $1 cap raise or higher, and I've yet to see him do that!
Great Manager for the job he's doing but should try to sell this now to get the share price up for this. A high share price must be a priority at some stage! Now or within (or immediately after) the crucial time up to Transnet approval would seem to be to be that time!
