Liquid asset position of $230 million shows that CFE are in a very strong financial position. Im not sure if CFE should be including the MCC $80 million as a receivable though as to my knowledge the courts have not made a decision regarding this matter yet. Tony Sage must be very confident in a favourable outcome to have this included..
ASIC definately would not allow the MCC receivable to be included in a financial statement at this stage.
