Why don't you ring JH yourself. You will find that he is quite approacheable, and willing to answer your queries.
As for JH remaining silent, unfortunately that is how the Corporate Act works. In this instance JH cannot say anything until the Board has said something, and now that the Board has stated it's case, JH can reply. But, listen to this now. It has to go all through the Board for approval before being released.
They call this Democracy lol. Far from it if you ask me.
