Since I cannot recall where it was, I cannot substantiate it. So unless someone can confirm that then you are correct.

I am also not putting the heat on PLV. I'm highlighting what I think is a pattern of behavior demonstrated by failure to reach deadlines/timelines...and I think this pattern may well be frustrating PLV as much as it is some shareholders.

Its been highlighted here by many posters and at least 2 PLV staff, former and present, over the last 2 years that dealing with the Chinese can be frustrating/challenging.

Nothing sinister in those comments. Just fact. Its supported by dozens of businesses that say the same thing.

We have seen this demonstrated perfectly in the last several months...

We are not PLV management, so imagine just some of the frustrations perhaps going on there with that issue.

I'm sure that regardless it will all work out...thats why i'm here :)

PLV knew what they were getting into i'm sure so they knew the challenges... and the opportunities.

As a shareholder i'm backing them in.
