Karll, what you describe is completely normal, we agree 100%! However can you remember an occasion where you have paid 15K for the services of IT forenics and private investigator? I suspect not, and would perhaps raise an eyebrow if it had.
The only other explanation i can think, is JH wanted to get more frequent flyer points, or flybys, and was excessively using his card. I believe he wanted to pay for the drilling of surprise using his card but they wouldn't let him! :-D Give me a break!
