    It is more risky if Biota does not move to the US. The Australian government wouldn't care if Biota went broke as an Australian listed company, would it? Please don't try to scare holders with this sort of biased thought.

    Yes. It is extremely risky to those shorters if the US gives Biota $10b in return to nationalize Biota.
